The first born daughter of the late business man Bernard Booi Selamolela, Hailing from Limpopo Province, Barbara Selamolela learned business skills from a young age, often learning from her dad who is her Role Model. Barbara Selamolela is a respectable and successful business lady, who has been in the business for over 5 years.
  • Her accomplishments include, but not limited to: Being the co-founder of Madavhu Investments Logistics, which offers transport and cleaning services.
  • Majority Shareholder at Tshipembe Mzansi Projects , which offers cleaning, gardening, Horticulture and construction services.
  • Serving as shareholder and Snr Administrator at GSS Security Services.
  • Being Featured in the AFRICAN ENTREPRENEUR magazine alongside Dr. Myles Munroe under the heading “African Women In Leadership’’
  • Barbara was also chosen for the GIBS University Scholarship for women in business in the Logistics sector.
  • She was a contestant in the TV Business series called: Making Moves on SABC2
  • Barbara is currently finalising her BCOM Transport and Logistics with UNISA. Believing highly that education is the key to women empowerment.
  • Because Barbara believes that women empowerment is vital in our societies and country as a whole, she formed Pulalo Investments with her business partner Andiswa. Coupled together with both their experiences, they believe they can make a difference in the lives of those they serve.
  • Above all this, Barbara considers being a mother to her three daughters as one of her greatest achievements.

  • Briton is highly motivated young man who has come a long way in business. He has a combined experience of over 7 years in the following sectors- Manufacturing, Technology, starting and running an online shopping business from scratch, Transport and Logistics.
  • Briton began his career in 2008 as a productions planner for Durattract Plastics (pty) ltd. His duties included, but not limited to: Daily production scheduling, ensuring maximum productivity for 30 employees directly under him, internal sample assessment, liaising with suppliers, Ensuring that the production meets or exceeds the customers’ expectations, hence working as per environmental principles and OSHACT. Training new Employees on the Job.
  • He then moved on to assist in setting up operations at MI logistics as Logistics manager. His duties included, but not limited to: Consulting with assigned clients to understand their distribution network and determine the logistics resources required to ensure successful implementation, arranging cross-border transport to SADC countries, Managing a team of 6 drivers, Tracking the delivery process to ensure timely delivery.
  • Briton is currently the Operations Director of Trishcor Trucking cc as well as Chief Executive Officer of B & J Logistics and Consulting (pty) ltd. His duties in the 2 companies include: Contract negotiation and management, implementing new projects, Fleet management of 150 trucks, Marketing strategies, New Site Inspections, Costings, implementing new strategies, Preparing proposals for new clients, Receiving briefings and situation reports and ensuring that all supervised personnel are informed of status changes. Catering to clients in these sectors: Mining, FMCG, Steel, Construction, Cement, Beverages, to name a few.
  • Briton formed BBS with his sister Barbara in honor of their late father, businessman Maanda Bernard Selamolela, who strived for excellence in everything he did. Thus the slogan "Taking the Legacy around the world".
